All of the alliance members must be honorable, confident, successful, open minded, fair, and respected by their peers. Members must be proud of their accomplishments and confident enough to share their ideas and knowledge with the other members. By sharing openly with other members everyone will understand the value a member’s future contribution potential to a specific project. Members must be willing to discuss their mistakes and what they have learned from them. These are incredibly special people who have been gifted with high intelligence, congenial personalities, and positive moralistic values. They are not narcissists but very confident and take pride in their accomplishments while discussing topics in their area of expertise. All members must be open to suggestions and not “hardheaded” when it comes to arriving at the best possible decision for the whole. Profits will be split with 50% distributed to those that find and for those that add value to an investment opportunity. The remaining 50% of the profits would be deposited into the cash reserves which all members will have an equal share.
To give you a better idea of what benefits members can offer each other here is one possible scenario. A member might have knowledge of an appliance parts business for sale and posts it for other members to review. Other member could have ideas, knowledge, and/or contacts that could add immediate value to what currently exists. Members may through their network of contacts provide other avenues for profit that could improve on the existing infrastructure and product lines. Contributions of resources and knowledge could be assembled to quickly determine potential value. Decisions to move forward could be made quickly and efficiently in order to capitalize on opportunities quickly as they are discovered.
Marketing and online exposure could be a possible hidden value and a catalyst for positive change in that business. Some of the members may know potential buyers that would purchase the products already being offered. Members may be aware of other markets where these products or services could be sold. Some members of the alliance may be potential buyers of these products and/or services. What if an online presence could either be created or improved to increase marketing results? Members could recommend others they trust with the skills and experience necessary for the growth and daily operations of this business. After collaboration and sharing of ideas and concepts an offer might be prepared in hours or days instead of weeks. What if all the resources were available to fund this business opportunity and then begin operations quickly and seamlessly? What if everyone in the alliance had something to gain by this? Those directly involved in adding value to the asset would be rewarded based on the value of their contributions.
It all begins with just 10 exceptional people all of which are chosen by their peers. The areas of expertise of these initial 10 professionals will also be decided by you and your peers. It is very important that these initial ten members have the qualities mentioned above and have total respect of their peers. I am just the spark but you are the fire. All potential members would agree to submit a “Value Statement”, sign a Non-Disclosure, and agree to the rules that all members would be expected to follow.
These potential members would compete for membership and show their knowledge through online discussions. Each forum would have a specific topic to discuss with the responsibility to come up with the best solution possible for their specific topic. Members will be moved into different forums with either the same topic or another topic entirely. Potential Members will learn through these discussions who they feel work best with others, in arriving at the best possible solutions, in an online team decision making process. This will help all potential members determine who they believe would be the best candidates for membership privileges.
