It is the intent of this site to bring together quality professionals to network with others having specific personality traits. Personality traits that are conducive for a business that has an online existence in order to accomplish goals that are detailed within PremierMinds.com.
Your comments are welcome and encouraged and your identity will initially be kept private to other users by using an alias in your “Value Statement”.
Filling out the Value Statement is a pre-requisite for membership, and all Level 1 subscribers will have access to this generic information for all participants at this level.
Your Value Statement that all potential members will submit will give others a sense of your accomplishments.
This information will be made available to others in a generic format, so others have an idea of the value you have to offer as a potential future member.
Active participating potential members will only have access to information you have provided based on their level of participation and the data limitations that are set for each level.
All potential members will be expected to participate in discussions once they have met the participation requirements for each Discussion Level.
All participating potential members are expected to be truthful in their “Value Statements” without disclosing their true identity.
Once we all feel we have enough qualified potential members (as determined by you and me) participating in Level 1 then these members will be polled to see who will be granted access to the next level of participation.
The voting process for moving up a level will be conducted utilizing an online polling process where votes are all submitted by your peers in that participation level.
There will be 5 levels of participation with the final Phase One member selection taking place at the end of the Level 5 discussions.
Advancement to Level 3 will require submission of your true identity, a resume’, a signed non-disclosure, and a signed agreement so that everyone understands the intent of this proposed alliance.
Comments made by those that express their opinions must be genuine, truthful, non-offensive, and be of a positive nature.
The Phase One membership phase will select 10 initial members by going through 5 levels of discussions. The remaining potential members at the end of this Level 5 will select the 10 individuals which will become the initial stakeholders in Premier Minds, LTD.
The initial 10 members are so important to the future Premier Minds, LLC that myself as the “Promoter” will have the power to veto a vote by others to advance a potential member to the next level. This is important to assure that the direction and goals are consistent and meaningful to the intended end results.
You acknowledge that my rewards and payments are realized only through the success of the quality of those participating for membership. My rewards are realized in the form of the fees that are required for participation through the membership selection process. At the end of each phase all members will deposit their capital contributions into a mutually agreed upon escrow account with specific instructions for release to protect everyone involved.
My rewards are realized through the fees collected throughout the membership selection process. A 10% charge will be collected from the capital contributions submitted at the end of each membership phase (not Levels) of the membership selection process. That is where my rewards end. All profits realized after participating members become equity holders in Premier Minds, LLC belong to these shareholders.
All future members have to agree that my rights to the fees for participation and my 10% payment from the capital contributions will continue through each following phase of membership selection.
The goal is to double the membership recruitment goals at the end of each phase of the partnership process.
